Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 15 days of the original order date, provided that:

• The original package is returned

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

Any returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

• Once the returned package is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be refunded.
